We are based out of Cape Coral, but serve the entire Southwest Florida area and regularly perform wind mitigation and 4-point inspections in cities such as Naples, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Captiva, St James City, Lehigh Acres, and North Port.

Wind Mitigation Inspections

We have been specializing primarily in Wind Mitigation Inspections since 2017. We have received wind mitigation inspection certification from multiple schools and are licensed by the State of Florida.

4-Point Inspections

While we specialize in wind mitigation inspections, we do also offer 4-point inspections.

Third Nail Check

Was your home built prior to 2002? If so, you might qualify for a substantial discount on your homeowners insurance if you have three or more nails in your roof-to-wall connection (aka hurricane straps/clips). All Third Nail Checks include a full Wind Mitigation Inspection Report.

Same Day Reports

We provide your inspection report on the same day as your inspection. It will be emailed to you in pdf format so you can easily send the file to your insurance agent.
