We are based out of Cape Coral, but serve the entire Southwest Florida area and regularly perform wind mitigation and 4-point inspections in cities such as Naples, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, Fort Myers, Estero, Bonita Springs, Captiva, St James City, Lehigh Acres, and North Port.

Wind Mitigation Inspections

We have been specializing primarily in Wind Mitigation Inspections since 2017 and perform up to and over 1,200 wind mitigation inspections per year. We have received wind mitigation inspection certification from five different state of Florida approved schools and we are licensed by the State of Florida. We have the education and the experience to ensure your report accurately reflects any and all of the wind mitigation insurance discount credits you qualify for.

4-Point Inspections

While we specialize in wind mitigation inspections, we do also offer 4-point inspections.

Third Nail Check

Was your home built prior to 2002? If so, you might qualify for a substantial discount on your homeowners insurance if you have three or more nails in your roof-to-wall connection (aka hurricane straps/clips). All Third Nail Checks include a full Wind Mitigation Inspection Report.

Next Day Reports

We provide your inspection report the following business day after your inspection. It will be emailed to you in pdf format so you can easily send the file to your insurance agent.
